At NextWave AI Academy, we stand behind the quality of our courses and want every student to feel confident in their purchase. Because our products are digital and accessible immediately upon payment, we have designed a fair refund policy that protects both our students and the integrity of our course content.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date, subject to the eligibility conditions below.
We believe this window gives you enough time to explore the course material and decide whether it is the right fit for you — without the risk of losing your investment.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, your request must meet all of the following conditions:
Your request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
You have completed less than 20% of the course content (measured by lessons marked as complete).
You have not previously received a refund for any NextWave AI Academy product.
Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
- You have completed 20% or more of the course content.
- The request is for a subscription renewal after the initial billing period.
- You have already received a refund for a previous purchase.
- The purchase was made using a promotional code offering 50% or more discount.
- Your account has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
Subscription Plans
For monthly or annual subscription plans (Creator and Studio tiers), the 7-day guarantee applies to your first payment only. Subsequent renewal charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges — your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account, go to Dashboard → Billing, and select "Cancel Subscription."
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:
- Your full name and the email address used for the purchase.
- The name of the course or subscription plan you purchased.
- Your order or transaction ID (found in your purchase confirmation email).
- A brief reason for your refund request (optional but helpful for us to improve).
We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks that are filed without first contacting us may result in the permanent suspension of your account and loss of access to all course content. We are committed to resolving any issue fairly and promptly — please reach out to us first.
